Processing Your Oddities Because every piece is handcrafted, packed, and infused with just a little bit of dark magic by yours truly, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it gets handed over to the mail carrier. (A goblin only has two hands, after all!) You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is ready to journey to its new home.

Where Do We Ship From? All orders are carefully wrapped up and shipped out straight from my workshop in Stephenson, VA.

Shipping Speeds & Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your hoard and your location. Standard delivery usually takes about 3-7 business days once shipped, depending on how far you are from the Gloomi workshop.

International Shipping Right now, my little goblin legs only carry packages within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping in the future, so my oddities can haunt homes worldwide!

Packaging & Fragile Items I work with delicate materials like real bone, resin, and glass. Rest assured, your new wet specimens and ossuary shrooms are packed with an excessive amount of padding to keep them safe from even the clumsiest of delivery trolls. I try to use recycled or eco-friendly packing materials whenever I can!

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package arrives looking like it was chewed on by a cryptid, or if something inside was damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work together to make it right! Please note that I am not responsible for packages that are stolen after they are marked as "Delivered."
