Returns, Refunds & Unwanted Curses 🖤📜
Sometimes an oddity just doesn’t vibe with the rest of your hoard, and that’s perfectly okay! If you and your new piece aren't a match made in the underworld, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
The 14-Day Goblin Guarantee If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to contact me. After 14 days, the magic sets, the item becomes a permanent part of your collection, and I can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Oddities To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, free of ectoplasm, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Because of the unique and sometimes deeply personal nature of my craft, a few things cannot be returned to the workshop:

Custom Commissions: If we summoned a specific, custom design just for you, it is uniquely yours and cannot be returned.

Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale / Clearance Items: These items are adopting you permanently!
How to Start a Return Don't just cast the item back into the void! To start a return, please send an email to Biogloominescent@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs Unless an item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent by mistake, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for fragile pieces like bone or glass, as I can't guarantee that the mail trolls will return your item to me safely!
Refunds Once your returned oddity makes it safely back to my workshop and I’ve inspected it, I will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days. (Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the spell and post the refund!)
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives broken or damaged from transit, please reach out to me within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the shipping box. We will work out a replacement or a refund faster than the average haunting!
